I really wish I could do a saved workout and have the option to rename it at the end. I always save a workout I like with either my # of reps (12 or 16 min) or time (challenge) and when I do it again I want to put the new data in so I can strive to beat that the next time. Id also like the option to delete a saved workout . Other than those two requests, love it!!
Great app. Paid for $3.99 version. But for full access youll have to pay a monthly subscription fee on top of that initial cost. Not sure if its worth paying a monthly subscription fee.
Ive been doing 12 Minute Athlete workouts for almost 2 years now, and at 38 Im in the best shape of my life. With two little ones at home 12 minutes is all the time I have to work out, but with this app thats really all you need. These workouts will challenge all fitness levels. Originally I was attracted to the body weight only workouts, but over time Ive added a few simple pieces of equipment and I feel thats helped a lot. Cant recommend this app highly enough.
Great design, and great for training on your own. When i can t go to the Crossfit box, I always use this app! it s great!
A fabulous app thats motivating and effective. If you travel and dont workout while youre away, then this is the answer. Simple to use and grossly underpriced!
I really like this app. It works well and the workouts are fun and get a good sweat going. Each exercise has a video so you know how to perform it. I highly recommend it!

Some bad moments

Simple to use, very flexible and super motivating! Not sure how you can improve this. I use it a couple times a week to supplement workouts. Really like the simple interface and flexible timer!
Love this for when Id like someone else to create the workout. Easy to modify. Super workouts.
Really is a good workout for any level when youre shirt on time. I do primarily cardio, so this is an easy way for me to make sure I get some resistance training too.
As a parent this is the most effective, fast, challenging, and fun workouts I have found. The app is super easy to use and I love it!
2.99 for the app and then an additional 4.99 every month to be a super athlete. Doesnt seem like a bargain. Dont get too much for the 2.99, and not a lot of people is into fitness so why not make it a bargain for those who do like to stay in shape by making it one flat fee of 4.99 for the super athlete.
I do all types of workouts and yoga...biking and running. This app not only rivals all my other workouts, it is awesome for those days when I dont have time for a full workout but I need to do a little something. I also love that I have it at my fingertips when I travel.
